I work as a marketing project manager and digital specialist within the Swedish business line of IKEA at Ikano Bank.In my daily work I lead digital and marketing projects with focus on enhancing the user and customer experience of Ikano Bank’s financial services at IKEA. The project teams usually consists of competences within sales, product, content, UX, legal, web analytics and front end development. The end customers and target groups are existing and potential B2C and B2B IKEA customers, as well as sales persons at the IKEA stores and Ikano Bank Customer Service. The projects are of wide range - Swedish as well as international, agile as well as waterfall.I contribute to the concepts of, and the productions of, the digital marketing campaigns on IKEA.se and Ikanobank.se whenever Ikano Bank’s products IKEA Finansiering and IKEA för Företag are part of the co-partner campaign. The marketing and communication of the service and enabler IKEA Finansiering, is elaborated in close collaboration with our partner IKEA.My work and mindset is customer-centric and data-driven. I always put the customer´s interests, needs and expectations first, and aim to find solutions that will grow the business - short term and/or long term.

At the Swedish bakery Pågen I worked with external corporate communication and consumer marketing communication. My focus was digital communication; as a specialist, a project leader and a super user. I created the complete web and social media environment at Pågen and made us work professionally with all parts of it in Sweden and the other markets of the company. My work was of great variety - strategical and profound as well as rapid and hands on. Amongst other things, I was responsible for: • all web development and optimization of the company's websites in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, England, France and Belgium • ongoing updating of www.pagen.se and a couple of other country sites (movies, images, copy) • development of the company's web campaigns and social media campaigns (about 20-30 per year) • concept development and brand development on the web • development of social media guidelines and implementation of tools for monitoring the different social media channels• regular monitoring of Google Analytics • follow-up of KPIs of the web • strategic and ongoing work with SEO and SEM • development and responsibility of the company’s domain strategy • training and support of the web and social media editors on the company's different markets • legal issues of web campaigns and other online activities • monitoring of Pågen’s Facebook page, Instagram account, LinkedIn page and Youtube Channel, in cooperation with colleagues of the Marketing division• contact with the company's media agency concerning the company's advertising online • crisis communication on the web and back up of the Communications Manager in crisis • content planning of the internal magazine • launching sites an social media channels for the purpose of employer branding ★ Pågen won the prize of best website (Web Service Award) and the prize of best design of a web campaign (Svenska Designpriset) during my time as web communicator at Pågen.
