During my years at Hyper Island I have had a number of areas of responsibilities:EXECUTIVE LEARNING DESIGNER & FACILITATOR2011 - currentAs a Learning Designer I design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for individuals, teams and organisations all over the world, online and offline, in many different industries. I have worked with companies like ITV, Google UK, Swedish Institute in the Middle East, Manpower, TV4 and more.HEART OF METHODOLOGY2018 - currentAs a member of the Heart of Methodology team I am responsible for internal training and coaching, assuring we are a learning organisation that learn from everything we do. I also work with updating our learning methodology based on new research making sure we stay fresh and ahead of the curve.ONLINE FACILITATOR 2017-currentAs an online facilitator I run the course “Leading Teams in a Digital Age” for +80 participants in more than 30 countries. I facilitate, coach, run webinars and support all participants in their implementation of their learnings in their organisations.PROGRAM MANAGER DIGITAL BUSINESS2015 - currentAs a Program Manager I am responsible for the design and delivery of a 1,5 year long Digital Business program with participants from +20 countries. I work closely with the industry and also coach, mentor and facilitate the students in topics like Change Management, Culture Creation and Innovation.STRATEGIST AND PROCESS DESIGNER 2014 - 2015As a strategist I worked with development for Hyper Island as an organisation, focusing on Blended learning, internal education and processes to become a learning organisation.PROGRAM MANAGER MOTION CREATIVE 2011-2014As a Program Manager I was responsible for the design and delivery of a 1 year long Motion Creative program with participants from +20 countries. I worked closely with the industry and also coached and facilitated the students in topics like Change Management, Culture Creation, and Storytelling.

Designing and managing projects and processes within Change management, Digital Media and Transmedia/Cross media, as well as giving lectures and speeches. Worked with clients like SVT, Stockholms Dramatiska Högskola, Generator, KTH, Berghs School of Communication, First Motion, Cred, and more.

Squared was a Google initiative in cooperation with IPA and Hyper Island. The job included leading, facilitating and coaching a team of participants working at different London based agencies and bureaus taking part of a course in Digital Media.

Wrote a pre-study about the future of working in cross disciplined teams within the industry of storytelling and digital for an EU-project. Continued to implement the project, creating four labs, spanning three years, with participants from industries like TV, Gaming, Film, Mobile and Digital. The job also including coaching, project management and lecturing.

Worked as a community editor for the Nordic film site Dvoted, a site promoting Nordic film by all the Nordic film Institutes. The work included conceptualising, writing, interviewing, project managing and content management.

Founded my own film production company, taking on roles as scriptwriter, producer and director and collaborating with a number of freelancers. Won prize for Best Script at November Festivalen 2006, third prize for Best film at the Pixel festival 2006, and produced a number of films for different conferences, organisations and governmental projects.

I’ve been working as an international volunteer in projects relating to environment, health, culture child safety in countries like Thailand, India, Ukraine, France, Shetland Islands and Sweden.

Had my own monthly column in Kristianstadbladet for three years, additional to writing travel pieces.
