UNITE is the name of SKF’s ERP Programme, driving business transformation of global processes and systems. Responsible for supporting the change management journey with strategic, practical and consistent communication activities in a fast moving environment. Primary target audience: SKF internal.

Contributing to the SKF Group web strategy, by driving communication and content-related matters in the preparation, build and roll-out phases of the global web project, “Next Generation Internet”. Examples of my deliverables in the project team: communication plan, content management plan, web identity standards, mobile apps standards, banner identity.

The SKF Internet team was responsible for the overall business-driven strategy, specification and management of the SKF web. In this global team environment, my focus was put on content management, e-marketing activities, user group training and internal communication.

I was responsible for driving and improving the division management’s strategic internal communication towards 10.000 employees worldwide. Establishing brand new processes and channels. Creating communication material for the division president’s presentations at capital market days, group management conferences and annual reports.

The trainee period offered e.g. an internship at an SKF office in USA, and “working shift” on the factory floor. After one year as trainee, I became Editor-in-Chief of the local staff magazine for SKF-employees in Gothenburg. I was responsible for writing the majority of the articles, with topics such as technical developments, factory improvement.
