The Cinema & Television Benevolent Fund (CTBF)The CTBF is the only trade charity for those who work behinds the scenes in film & television (and related industries).My role looked at the development of the charity brand, the marketing and communications strategy as well as brand re-development.Implementation of new brand strategy for the charity working with senior high profile film and TV partners and board of Trustees.I managed several high profile events each such as The Royal Film Performance, The London Party(industry gala for film and TV), private and public premiers and screenings in addition to the The John Brabourne Awards Scheme.Developed and managed sponsorship partners for The John Brabourne Awards (youth film initiative - to provide a stepping stone for disadvantaged people to work in the film / TV industry) with BBC / ITV/ C4/ Endemol / TCM, LFS.Develop industry initiatives and events to encourage membership to the charity with a focus on growth at the younger end of the market.

This included 3 stages of live music, several interactive TV studios aimed at teaching this audience group more about behind the scenes of the music business.
