Responsible for ensuring the Swedish organization's continuous focus and development on client, consultant and candidate relations.Main tasks was responsibility for how we measure, follow up and improve the result on quality goals measured through different surveys. Yet also responsible for routines and documentation structure for Academic Work Sweden's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.

The role included regular analyse of forecast and result, complemented with suggestions on activity focus, headcount and training in order for the department to manage expected forecast. Responsible for the operations management team with five Team Managers. Close cooperation with the Swedish management team in order to implement process and system updates in order to ensure performance excellence in the department. Reported to the Branch Manager and Operations Manager in Sweden.

Responsible for the operations department at Academic Work's Copenhagen office consisting of two Consultant Manager. Point of contact and responsible for questions and processes connected to HR, Operations and Business systems.

The role entailed an office responsibility for the union collective agreements (Bemanningsavtalen) for blue-collar and white-collar as well as a responsibility for labour law related processes connected to the consultant business. An external and internal responsibility for issues and cases within the area of labour law. It also included union negotiations and cooperation with unions.

A role combined with the roles as Team Manager and Labour Law Specialist.The role as Consultant Manager means responsibility for the entire recruitment process. From requirement profile, advert writing, selection, interview, references, selection of a suitable candidate, employment and finally consultant care. It also includes an employer responsibility for the consultants when they are working at the assignments., meaning staff planning, caring for consultant relations and handling all questions connected to comp & ben and labour law.The role also included maintaining client relations in order to create resale at existing clients..

Qurator at Västgöta Nation, a student organisation in Lund. Overall responsibility for operations and managing all volunteers in running all activities. Primary duties included external contacts with Lunds University, other student nations, authorities and student organisations etc. It also included personnel, chairman of the board, budgeting and administration. Västgöta Nation in Lund had 1900 members and there were 55 elected supervisors who all worked voluntarily. During this year I was part of planning and preparing a major construction of the nation's facilities and arranging two bigger student bals.
