An expert in all issues relating to the development of digital publishing and the conversion of paper documents to online databases, my successive roles & responsibilities in the world of trade publishing and then legal publishing have provided me with a wide-scale vision of the stakes of digital transformation, in both BtoB and BtoC contexts. They have also enabled me to acquire experience in managing large teams, a culture focused on business development and a resolutely results-oriented approach.As an ExCom member of several leading publishing groups over the past 20 years, I have performed operational duties in a number of key posts, initially in Purchasing & Production and later in Sales & Marketing. As a result I have a comprehensive grasp of all levers that drive the profitability and growth of a publishing company.I also offer solid experience in the field of Project Management (strategy-aligned IT, organization and process reengineering, new digital product development). This ability to act at both operational and organizational level, enables me boost a company's operational performance in times of change, and to lead the change management process.Having taken a break from the publishing sector at the end of 2012 in order to devote myself to the reorganization of a family company, I am now looking to involve myself fully in a new project in the publishing, press or media sector, or indeed in any other field of business related to the marketing and sale of content and knowledge.
