Our neuroscience-based online training teaches you how to use your mind to reach your goals, get things done, and improve your cognitive performance. We founded Silta Education because we couldn’t handle the thought that all the amazing academic research doesn’t reach the people out there. We are building a bridge ('silta' in Finnish) from neuroscience to practice. I will ask you insightful questions, and push you to build habits that make you feel better and support you when reaching your goals. How? In a tough-love kind of way.Why? Because we live in a world full of distractions. And the ability to focus is one of the biggest competitive factors of the future.
