• Responsible for reaching out to customers through a call center to collect payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. • Acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts. • Support the leasing needs of customers and dealers, to maintain company relationships and, to promote further business. • Demonstrate accurate knowledge of relevant laws, policies, regulations, and standards affecting decisions and interpretations.
