For over 6 years, I have been advising large corporations with my expertise in user-centred development of digital products and services, innovation management and the associated changes in the organisation. As a certified agile project manager, service designer and innovation manager, I draw on a broad spectrum of methods and thus support the consistent integration of a user perspective and the establishment of business value throughout the entire development process. In particular, I act in the roles of product manager, innovation manager, business analyst or as an expert for the process of product and service development and innovation management.
