Together with an interdisciplinary team we developed an insights-based, growth-driven digital strategy for the retail subsidiary of the BVG and coached them during the implementation.New Products & Services | "U-Bahnhof der Zukunft"- explored the potential of a digitally enabled subway station (NFC, Big Data, etc.) - delivered lively insights into key target groups with data-based personas & JTBD- re-imagined the subway station as public places people would enjoy- made it tangible with cartoon-like stories of the new experience- captured the potential value with several new business models Internal Digital Transformation | "Vom Verwalter zum Gestalter"- mapped out the company's processes and their impact on business success- identified the potential for for each of these processes for (digital) improvements - we built up a prioritized implementation roadmap and operational model of integration- gained alignment and buy-in with all employees

Together with the head of R&D I led 5 product teams of the pharma company through an eHealth product strategy and discovery process. Amongst the topics were digital patient portals for chronic diseases, in-home advice and care using IoT solutions.

Supported the setup of a new internal customer insights and market trends team. Aligning team dynamics, resolving conflicts and coaching the team in qualitative research and customer segmentation methodologies.

Kicking it off at the annual Top 200 international leadership summit I helped to build up innovation skills and deliver digital products that would impact all retail outlets across 7 countries in Europe in the fast-paced retail discount environment I coached several internal product teams through a lean, customer-centric process to come up with digital improvements of the core business in very short time. Ready to be furtherly tested and implemented.

In an interdisciplinary team led by the consultancy zeb we developed the vision, strategy and roadmap for the digital banking product portfolio. Me:- established a customer-centric process with all stakeholders- derived deep insights across all customer groups from 50+ qualitative interviews- led several teams from product discovery to working prototype- distilled it into a cohesive and tangible vision

I helped to transform this audio distributor into a MusicTech by- restructuring the existing digital tools into one customer-centric platform strategy- building a coherent design system to unify old tools into the platform- taking the key tech architecture decisions together with the teams' lead developers - defining core product pillars and opportunity areas and leading product discoveries in each - launching low-code experiments / productypes at key customers within weeks- realigning the existing product teams and key stakeholders to enable the new platform - hiring and building a new core team to lead this platform approach- coaching other tech teams in customery-centricity and agile development methods - launching the core part of this new platform (music delivery) within the first year

I led the product team to be more customer-centric, agile and advocated for venturing into new business opportunity spaces in this interim position until the head of product took over.

Together with the management team of this health-tech software company we developed a growth strategy including new business fields, products and services in the health tech sector.

Together with coaches and consultants we build the future prototype for video streaming platforms for the public media powerhouse RBB. We explored user behaviours & needs, created different concepts and build working prototypes.

This charity brings people at risk together with the arts and artists to help them find their purpose in live and reintegrate into society. Prisoners, drug addicts and young delinquents get to work with painters, poets and playwrights to develop healthy self-expression and self-worth. I worked as a pro-bono marketing manager there in my semester abroad and supported the organization in every way I could.

Learned a lot in this UX consultancy while contributing to digital concepts with research and SEO-optimized texts for websites. First contact with user-centric-design that changed my work forever.
