In 2005 he switched to the communications industry and from then on used his exceptional ability for storytelling and the intelligible communication of complex topics in CEO consulting.He worked as communications manager for Allianz/Dresdner Bank and Deutsche Bank. Most recently, Johannes was Global Head of Group Communications, Marketing and the Executive Board Office at LBBW for five years.
