I´m leading the audio entertainment app Supla. We include audiobooks, podcasts and leading radio stations to one simple app used by hundreds of thousands of Finns. We are highly focused in coming up with new content formats together with the best content creators. I worked as Digital Manager at Nelonen Media Radio. as well as being a member of the executive group for Nelonen Media Radio.My main project was to create a transformation project for the radio business, which led to Supla, the audio-on-demand -service for iOS and Android devices. Supla was launched Oct 29th. 2015 and reached the no 1 app position on App Store after it was launched. In the first two weeks the app had been downloaded tens of thousands of times. In late 2018 there are almost half a million downloads for the app.My main goal when leading this project was to come up with a radio that would be invented today and also to set the foundation for the future of radio. Supla is developed aggressively and aims to test the boundaries of what kind of audio content the audience wants to consume in the future.On top of Supla, I also led the production and development of all our digital content. We were then heavily focused on video and our video productions were viewed tens of millions of times yearly.

As the Content Director for SBS Discovery Radio Finland, I was responsible for all of the content broadcasted at the national radio station The Voice and the semi-national radio station Radio City which can be listened to in the major cities. I was also responsible for 3 local radio stations in Finland: Radio Pooki can be listened to in several areas in Pohjois-Pohjanmaa area of Finland, Radio Jyväskylä is aimed at a more grown up audience in Jyväskylä Finland, and the then new uber-chr channel Play Radio can be listened to in Tampere Finland area.I was also responsible for all the content at the websites of the above mentioned stations. We were very successful with these websites that are at the moment not only just websites of radio stations but have grown to be huge as their own. Their growth is very much driven by great content of course but also mobile and social. I was responsible for our strategy and operations in social media where we were one of the biggest players in the media scene in Finland. I was a member of the executive group of SBS Discovery Radio Finland and participated in the decision making process of the company regardless of subject. My main goals were to ensure a healthy growth for the radio stations and an even huger one for the digital services. To reach these goals I worked hard on making sure all the members of my team were motivated and happy.

I came up with the idea of a lifestyle tablet magazine, got it approved with the company and started working on it. The mag was named VoiceMag. So far there have been three VoiceMag issues for iPad (two of which have also Android-versions) and has some 20K downloads. In 2008 the company wanted to take a new approach with it´s then small and insignificant websites. The website of The Voice was redesigned and took a new approach on the web when I was the manager. It rocketed from 15k weekly visitors to 400k weekly visitors. I am still managing the site among other SBS websites.

We reached over one million viewers and produced shows like KPS (starring Kristiina Komulainen, Heikki Paasonen and myself with Sonja Kailassaari as a reporter), Voicela (starring Jukka Rossi, Juuso Mäkilähde and Tea Khalifa) and The official downloadlist Finland (starring Susanna Laine).
