Managing of the daily operation of unpacking flowers. Distribution and logistics from the sold product. Including the H & R departement and financial department

Sales of packaging for flowers and plants for the whole industry (growers / exporters / florists).Turn a round from a product driven organization to a market driven organiziation.

Sales to the large accounts (flower auctions) development of new products together with R & D
