Johan A. Oblitas Mantilla received his B.S. in Systems Engineering in the University of Lima in July, 2024 (Top ten percent). Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Oklahoma, where he previously completed two internships at the Advanced Radar Research Center (ARRC). There, he applied his knowledge of electromagnetics and remote sensing in collaboration with the Phased Array Antenna Research and Development Group (PAARD). His experience includes processes such as material characterization, laser cutting, and electromagnetic simulation, as well as supporting the maintenance and development of PAARD’s official website. His technical skills encompass web development, programming in Java, Python, JavaScript, and C++, database management, data analysis, and process management.
