Being defined as a pragmatic creative, Johan Parisse is the founder and Executive Manager of “Meaningful SPRL”. This company, founded in 2012, is active in Training and Development, events organization and in the advice for Organizations in the field of Human Resources communication (HR Marketing, Employer Branding, Change Management, Internal Communication, ..). He began his career as “headhunter” for an executive search company then entered in the Solvay Group as recruiter and trainer. He then moved to businesses functions (European Marketing Analyst, Business Administrator) and work as e-Business Manager for Solvay’s Chemicals Sector in 1998. In 2007 he becomes Communication Manager of the Renaissance project, an HR corporate project which deeply transforms the HR organization of the Group. Holder of a Master's degree in Psychology and Marketing, he is alsoPresident of APTO and Past-President of the Belgian Federation of Psychologists.
