Tele2 IoT is a Swedish communications service provider with a global customer base. Tele 2 IoT orchestrates communication between devices and machines, to help customers launch successful IoT solutions. I joined in the scale-up phase as Strategy Director in charge of organic and inorganic growth, leading the strategy development and implementation as well as M&A activities. I contributed to the creation of a separate legal entity for IoT, the acquisition and integration of Kombridge, as well as the subsequent strategy revisions and business plans as corporate strategy evolved.As interim-CEO of Tele2 IoT I spear-headed a restructuring of the company and delivered its first profitable quarter.As Strategy Director of Tele2 Group's strategy & business development team I revised the international partnership strategy and led early B2B business development activities for 5G.

The Swedish Financial Coalition Against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (Financial Coalition) works toward an overall crime-prevention goal of stopping child sexual abuse. This is done by focusing on detection and prevention of the related transaction payments. With the intention of preventing this trade from being conducted through the financial systems, a unique cooperation has been worked out between the authorities, the private and the non-profit sector. Through the Financial Coalition’s members impeding the means of using the financial systems for this kind of crime, it contributes to increased costs for sales. This in turn increases overhead costs and makes the trade less profitable and less available. In the long term, this also means that the impetus to produce new material is reduced, which in turn should reduce the number of sexual abuse on children.I served on the board of the Financial Coalition with special focus on creating awareness of our work among new payment providers. This resulted in new members joining the Coalition.

WyWallet, 4T Sverige AB, was Sweden's leading mobile payments company, serving 1.7 million consumer customers and merchants with a market-leading mobile wallet offering. The company was a joint venture between the four Swedish mobile network operators.I supported the final integration of 4T Sverige AB with the PayEx group, culminating with the fusion of the company with PayEx Sverige AB.

I led the successful migration of the company during a change of ownership from the four Swedish mobile network operators to PayEx. I streamlined the operations, making the company cash flow positive, while exploring internal synergies and external growth opportunities through partnerships/joint ventures.

I managed the development of WyWallet as a mobile payment service for consumers and merchants in a complex multi-entity partnership with mobile network operators, system & app suppliers and developers, as well as dialogues with key merchants.

I was responsible for the establishment and management of the company, including team recruitment, program management, supplier contract negotiations, regulatory submissions, launch preparations, etc.My team and I successfully launched the commercial service of the company according to plan and budget.
