Heading the Data Operations teams (Netherlands, Belgium, UK) that manage the acquisition and processing of data sources feeding into the Graydon products. Data quality is one of the main drivers in Gaydon's strategy and focus in this role has been on improvements in that area. Various projects have resulted in new and improved data governance processes, in increased use of technology (such as RPA) for data acquisition and in alignment of costs with revenues.

A head of services role in an international context; focus on introducing and growing business process outsourcing (BPO) services into the main Paragon geographies.The role had two main focus areas. The operational side of the role entailed the architecting of the business services. Developing new processes and improving the existing ones in order to increase service maturity, improve efficiency and drive standardization across locations and teams. Commercially I acted as the subject matter expert, supporting the account teams by developing the proposed solutions and services for large accounts and prospects.

Managing the Document and Data Capture department, the company’s main business unit. Representing the department in the management team. Strong focus in this role on process excellence.Introduction of project performance indicators to allow team leads to prioritize on projects, resulting in significant margin increases. Business architecture for the framework to incorporate services from local and offshore partners into projects. Responsible for day-to-day management of partner network.
