Purchasing and leading all facets (Finance, Production, HR, Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Logistics) of the epoxy coating and electro plating business and manufacturing operationResults achieved:■ Started out with a turnover of R750 000 per annum and 4 people, and raised it to over R5 000 000 per annum and 12 people in 3 years.■ Additionally transformed the business into a professionally run unit and where no formal bookkeeping was previously practiced, introduced Pastel and Pastel Payroll.

Saldanha Bay, Western Cape, South Africa

Managing of the hot rolling mill at Saldanha Steel to produce world class ultra thin hot rolled coil for the export market. Key achievements was the increase of production from 60 000 to 108000 tons during the ramp up to full production and the successful production of 1 mm HRC while maintaining plant availability.
