Sales go to subsidiaries in Sweden, Germany and China, as well as to global key accounts and through distributors. I am responsible for 2 business areas: Coatings Industry and Design & Architecture, meaning 80% of the company's turnover. My role includes management of a team of 12 persons, including subsidiaries in China and Germany, international sales managers and customer service.

Etac is a Swedish manufacturer of hospital equipment and technical aids for people with reduced mobility, owned by Nordstiernan. Total turnover 130 M€, of which 20 M€ goes through the Export division to 35 countries world wide. My main role is to manage a team of Area Sales Managers and develop the export strategy. I have also acted chairman of a partly owned distributor in the US with the main responsibility to be a financial and strategic coach to the CEO.

Export sales through distributors to France, Japan, Russia and a few smaller countries. I organically grew France and Japan by 500% and 200% respectively.

Balder America was Etac's distributor of Power Wheelchairs in the USA. My main responsibility was Business Controlling - to coach the CEO and monitor cash flow and P&L, as well as production planning and logistics.

My main responsibility was to coordinate and support the marketing activities in Central and Eastern Europe.

SKF in Russia employed about 45 persons, and I was the only foreigner. This meant that the company culture was 100% Russian including the language. I was responsible for all market communication activities in Russia and I acted as a coordinator of the marketing activities in Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. My responsibility also included planning the overall marketing budget, running media campaigns, organizing exhibitions, producing printed material and supporting distributors and sales offices in the CIS area.

Ariad was a management consulting company specialized in helping start-ups in the area of telecom and wireless internet with business development. I was mainly occupied with developing business plans for entrepreneurial companies to raise financement.
