I have led the work developing the organisation into a more relevant and successful organisation, produced strategic plans and long term development goals in being the daily leader of the organisation.

I assisted companies and organisations ín processes to establish, formulate and execute strategies for management and organization and issues relating to politics and society. For example, supporting a large Swedish authority in dialogue with and development of its managers and developing major European energy company's public and regulatory affairs division to become more efficient.

I had the task to set up an effecient organisation for a Carpe Vitam, that is a charitable foundation with the ambition to contribute to the development of young people into agents of change for a better world.

I played a key role in the start of the Foundation on the request of His Majesty in my role as Secretary General in the Scouts. My task was to raise money, build the organisation and create the activities. The Foundation was the gift from the Swedish People to the King at His 60th anniversary.The position was volunteer.

I served as political adviser to the Minister of Youth Ulrica Messing. I was headhunted by the Minister and accepted. However, I left the position after only five months since I wanted to focus my business activities.

I was elected by over a hundred different youth organizations in Europe to represent them in the political structure to together with all European Government leads the Council of Europe Youth Directorate. My task was to lead a process of organizational change and negotiate every change with governments, youth organizations and other stakeholders. The position was remunerated.

I served first in the board responsible for, among other things, international development work, and became President in 1995. I led a political and organisational change leading the council to become more focussed on the needs of its member organisations.The position was volunteer.

The Prime Minister Ingvar Carlsson appointed a Government Inquiry named Youth Council for IT in 1995 to give him and the government advice on IT-strategies for the country. The first year I served as a volunteer in the council, but after a year I was offered a full time position.

I was project manager for an environmental education project aimed at young people. First it was a Swedish project education when it was at its largest over a 100 000 young people in one year. At the end it was an international project with activities in around 10 countries.
