Within this framework contract I am working on MPU – Materplan Uitkeringen.The MasterPlan Uitkeringen (MPU) endorses CM's general vision for the future and, as a strategic program, makes an important contribution to its realization by increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

I have been working on following projects. Mostly in a technical lead role.1) Cross Border Fines (CBF) : This project resulted from the implementation of a European directive that allows the identification of the foreign registration numbers. Immediately at the start of the project, Justice and the integrated police proposed to link the implementation of this directive to an optimization of the whole process / flux of Immediate Paymenst (OI) and amicable settlements in traffic.2)… Show more I have been working on following projects. Immediately at the start of the project, Justice and the integrated police proposed to link the implementation of this directive to an optimization of the whole process / flux of Immediate Paymenst (OI) and amicable settlements in traffic.2) Pre-Postal Operations (PPO) An application for managing agreements with external companies and billing pre-postal operations like franking, handling, collect, etc. of letters and parcels. The items are collected and treated by a machine which sends the operational data back to PPO. Besides invoicing, PPO is also participating in the scheduling of the pickups of the postal items at the client's sites.3) European Licence Plates (ELP) : The process behind the request for a licence place at DIV mobility and the delivery at the client home. Containing the manufactory of the plates and the sending of the registration documents (certificats d'immatriculation) for cars and mopeds.The ELP system also handles the radiations of licence plates.4) MassPost : Conceived for the deposit of mail in large quantities, it is specially invented for clients wanting to deliver huge number of consignments all over the country at once.It is further subdivided in four modules: MassPost - Maintenance, PostStation, eMassPost (Webcounter) and MassPost - Dock.5) eShop : The online shop of bpost offering postal products, mainly stamps. Within this framework contract, I was in charge of 2 applications:1) Tarif Intégré Communautaire (TARIC) : a multilingual database in which are integrated all measures relating to tariff, commercial and agricultural legislation. By integrating and coding these measures, the TARIC secures their uniform application by all Member States and gives all economic operators a clear view of all measures to be undertaken when importing or exporting goods. By integrating and coding these measures, the TARIC secures their uniform application by all Member States and gives all economic operators a clear view of all measures to be undertaken when importing or exporting goods. It also makes it possible to collect Community-wide statistics for the measures concerned.2) Data Dissemination System (DDS) – an online information system that offers public access via the Internet to custom and tariff legislation information, such as the integrated community tariff, European binding tariff information, quotas and ceilings, suspensions and an inventory of chemical substances.
