During my career as a senior manager at Ernst & Young, I have worked a.o. in the following roles:- Program manager at a Belgium Telco company to enable one solution for transactional, financial & management reporting including software and information architecture design.- Project manager for financial consolidation & reporting project at an international retailer based in 8 countries with almost 3000 stores using 11 store formules.- Global advisory account manager for an international food retailer.- Program manager of a multi-year and multi-million transformation program to enable a new global financial consolidation and analysis solution that is in line with the strategic financial restructuring for the largest global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals. It is a Global Fortune 500 company and is consistently ranked as one of the leaders in the area of sustainability. The company manufactures thousands of food products in plants on six continents and markets these products in more than 200 countries and territories. The mission of the project is to standardize the managerial reporting processes including chart of account to enable a "Single version of the truth" solution for their supply chain reporting needs.

During my career at Archstone Consulting, I have worked in the following areas:- Design and implementation of various business performance management solutions for fully integrated financial consolidation and reporting, budgeting and planning- Development and implementation of new global data model of key metrics and drivers- Design and implementation of various data migration and integration processes

During my traineeship at LogicaCMG, I created a comparative study of two software engineering processes, namely IBM Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Microsoft Solutions Framework for Agile Software Development (MSF). The goal of this thesis is to explain the IBM Rational Unified Process and the Microsoft Solution Framework for Agile Software Development, to identify the common grounds and differences between the two software engineering processes, and to recognize the most suitable process for a project based on its characteristics.

During my career at CBS, I have worked as a software engineer. I have designed, developed and managed custom software applications that support their core business administration processes.
