IPAN is a network of interactive professionals. The week after installment of our board we found that IPAN was nearly bankrupt due to mismanagement. We have rescued IPAN by cutting costs and development of a new business model. With a new clear strategy IPAN became profitable again. When I left the board IPAN was the most active and fastest growing network.

In only 3 years created a portfolio of 7 investments: 4 start ups and 3 running companies. In this period 2 companies were sold at high valuations and 2 companies were refinanced.
