At Hire Abroad, we are building a platform that is meant to disrupt the way international recruitment is done in Europe. The platform will be a hub connecting three types of stakeholders:1. Blue collar workers in Eastern and Southern Europe, looking for work in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany;2. Recruitment agencies or independent recruiters in Europe;3. Dutch employers or staffing agencies that can facilitate international blue-collar workers.

During my Master studies in International Business in 2007, I established Robin: the first Lithuanian agency that recruits Lithuanian staff for Dutch employment agencies. 14 years later, Robin build up a database with over 220.000 candidates and recruited over 20.000 candidates from Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary for the Dutch employment market.This success was realized by:- Thinking long-term and trying to perform better than peoples expectations;- Using tools that are available that contribute to better and more efficient service;- Understand job seekers from different countries and design processes around them.Within Robin, I'm trying to get new challenges by seeking new business opportunities. This is why Robin is constantly changing its' database and network according to changes that appear in the market.

Completed a motorcycle journey covering over 28,000 kilometers, passing Europe, the Middle East and Asia with the objective of setting and attaining challenging personal goals, and enriching my life experiences beyond the scope of the traditional corporate desk.

As a trainee at Adcorporate responsible for researching the German business take-over market and setting up firmenzukaufen.de.During this Internship I gained knowledge in Search Engine Optimization.Using this research, Adcorporate launched Firmenzukaufen.de.
