Since August 2012 I'm overall responsible for the organization of Betronic BV. After a difficult period in 2012 the shareholders gave me the task of improving the billability of the project organization and the company profit.Knowing it will be a difficult time for everyone, I started to make the company more efficient by delivering the same work with fewer employees."TRUST IS WHAT PEOPLE MAKES BETTER"After improving the efficiency of the company I started working to increase the financial position of Betronic, which I completed after the summer of 2013.During this major project I introduced myself to several new potential customers to get projects within Betronic. These commercial activities were completely new for me but I remained close to myself.I can project the commercial track record, the inside knowledge of Betronic and what Betronic can mean for the customers.When there is a constructive relationship between the potential customer and me then we are both ready for the next step. The customer and the engineers of Betronic together will hold a brain session. The period from November 2007 till August 2012 I had the responsibility for the financial department, HRM, ICT and Quality, which involves ISO 9001 and 14001.I improved in these years the financial insights and an adequate analysis of the development projects. I also improved the financial stability of Betronic BV. Because the employees are the value of Betronic, improving skills of employees is an important asset in this organization. Employees will go for the maximum when they are treated well.
