NOC Data responsibilities:NOC Data is responsible for monitoring Tele2 IP network, national and international, where Tele2 is present.Team consistent of 13 people working shift, (24/7 365). My responsibilities are:• Coordinate and keep up to date with network faults and general health of the network. Keep management and peers informed about what is happening in the network in a comprehensible manner.• In case of major events I am responsible for coordinating technical fault tracing and spread information within the company. To help solve the event as fast as possible I sometimes have to make quick decisions under high pressure. Once a major event is solved, I coordinate post-mortem meetings to improve the organizations incident management process. I´m responsible to make sure that findings from post-mortem meetings are implemented in network, equipment and processes. • As manager I coordinate the duty shift table to ensure the whole NOC works in an efficient and effective manner.• Improve routines and processes to make the daily work more efficient in order to solve incidents quicker and to increase customer satisfaction. Manage and participate in projects to improve cooperation and quality of the team.

• Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of national and international data network and mobile data services. Skilled in BGP, ISIS, MPLS, HSRP, VRRP, IP, ATM, Frame Relay and GGSN.• Responsible for distributing tasks during the shift to ensure that incidents are handled and solved as efficient as possible. • Make sure that all the processes and routines are maintained and followed. • Coordinate and assist support engineer, field engineer and NOC team when major events occur.
