OverviewI am an experienced supervisor, have extensive experience in the Australian Navy, which has provided me with a strong foundation in leadership, training and service. I am very well organised, adaptable to changing situations and eager to learn new skills. During my 9 years of service I have supervised small groups of cadets, overseen daily operations and effective running of port operations, and have coordinated anti-submarine warfare capabilities at sea. I have also provided extensive training to new recruits in basic service skills and anti-submarine warfare.Windmill Mechanic: Station HandJanuary 2008 – May 2008In this role I was responsible for maintaining station facilities and equipment, and coordinate livestock movements across the Windmill Station. This role required sound communication skills, high level of physical fitness, good attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team.Stewarts Bakery Shop: Shop Assistant & Delivery DriverMay 2006 – February 2009While working as a Shop Assistant I displayed excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with a range of people from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs. I also ensured that the workplace adhered to OHS and Food Standards, and managed multiple aspects of the bakery from cash handling, opening and closing the bakery, and food preparation and service.
