Responsible for handling full life cycle recruitment, marketing and sales promotional activity, Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties, Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement, Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned and procurement process with the production, pricing, sales and/or distribution of products.

Responsible for sales, supply chain management, quality assurance, product Branding & marketing, planning and implementation of distribution network Develop, implement and evaluate brand input plans, To Achieve agreed sales Target through effective territory Coverage, To promote product and consumer awareness, To ensure monthly reporting of objectives and results achieved including route plan accounting and territory coverage, Keeping a tracks of major events in the city and surrounding Areas for promotion.
