Equipment safety trips reduced by 90%, in addition to monthly average Pressure Safety Valves going from 6.2 in 2012 to 2.3 in 2014, a 64% reduction. Consequently, plant efficiency increased by 8%, resulting in a net 11.3 mboed reduction of unplanned deferrals, yielding an additional $280 million/year revenue.

• Na Kika Produced Water Single Point of Accountability – Successfully delivered practicalimprovements to maintain Overboard Water quality through various efforts which as of January 2013have been proven successful i.e. Equipment Inspection, Process Tuning and Fluids Management SOPImprovements. I developed a Short Term, Mid Term and Long Term Strategy for the Semi-Submersibleplatform along with a Rental Equipment Contingency Project ready for execution. This was a GOMleadership concern due to the Galapagos’ Start Up requiring additional Corrosion Inhibitor rates in analready Produced Water Quality challenging system.• Na Kika Process Excursions Task Force Process Lead – Currently proposing solutions to excursionsthat are identified by monitoring HAZOP/LOPA IPLs, and/or API14.C instruments and settings.
