I'm the director for our 100+ volunteers in the Creative Arts Ministry. I direct the drama in our two major productions - "The Light" our Easter presentation, and "The Singing Christmas Trees" - both of which draw thousands of people each year from Central Florida and beyond. I team up with our other ministries to add creative elements to services and events. I do a lot of script writing, stage directing, and I love collaboration. I've co-written original songs and stage productions.

"Real Creative" is an interview podcast where I talk to people working in creative artistic fields. They share their stories, struggles, and insights into living a creative life. With "Real Creative," I want to inspire listeners to be more creative in everything they do.

Writing, editing, and creating works that promote the mission of Florida Hospital to it's patients and employees. I work primarily with the Mission and Ministry Development team.

From its beginning over three decades ago, The Trees have become one of Central Florida's most loved and spectacular traditions. Featuring a huge choir, full orchestra, worshipful dance, powerful drama and a beautiful display of 250,000 lights, The Singing Christmas is an exciting presentation of Christmas classics and the pageantry of our two 40-foot-tall Christmas Trees.I have been blessed to participate creatively in the Trees every year since 2010. I became the Creative Arts Director in 2013.

Helping kids and parents grow in their relationship with Christ

Create and distribute the park daily schedule of shows and guest experiences. Coordinate with individual departments (Guest Services, Studies Department, Special Events, and Atmosphere) to ensure the park schedule fits each department’s staffing needs. Cast all daily shows with available production cast and atmosphere cast. Meet weekly with Tech, Wardrobe and Stage Management to assign tasks and answer concerns. Meet regularly with the Producer for long-range planning and evaluations. Plan and direct all evening rehearsals. All Company Manager duties still apply.

These productions have increased marketability, attendance, and revenue.

Manager responsible for 30+ cast members. Duties include: Create weekly cast schedules and daily show schedules. Cover and recast daily shows based on call-ins. Process and approve all employee time cards through ADP ezLabor Management system. Attend regular rehearsals and creative meetings for projects. Assist with direction for all shows. Create rehearsal schedules. Create call/cue books for all shows. Call lighting, audio and effect cues for shows. Take and administer show notes during rehearsals or shows. Work in correlation with costuming and technical departments to insure smooth running of all show elements. Give regular written performance evaluations of team members. Train and orientate new cast members in show blocking and cast responsibilities. Promoted to Company Manager in 2007.
