I’m the co-founder of Birdsoup, a people transformation consultancy. Our mission is to make inclusion a business-critical issue; to help organisations put their people first and harness their untapped potential. I’m a qualified and experienced leadership coach and have worked as a trainer and facilitator since 2014, with a particular specialism in all aspects of communication; presenting, influencing, confidence and personal impact.I’ve spent over 30 years in the corporate world in media and digital organisations, including Channel 4, AOL and Google, building and leading teams, managing multimillion £ billings, developing new revenue streams, client management at C level, evangelising change and digital transformation. I’ve survived change, uncertainty, and in all of my roles seen how teams can prosper in the face of ambiguity. I always enjoyed managing teams and coaching and mentoring people throughout my career.We launched Birdsoup in 2017, combining our collective experience of the world of work and armed with qualifications. As experts in management and leadership, we want to bring a revolution of positive, measurable change to the workplace, getting the best from and for everyone and resulting in a fairer, happier and more productive working experience.
