Currently, I am working as a Commercial (Procurement) Executive in Square Group. In my current job role, I am responsible for sourcing and procuring packaging materials. A brief view of my job responsibilities are stated below:Duties/Responsibilities:- Sourcing, sample developing for different types of local & imported packaging materials.- Negotiation of pricing, contract terms, and conditions with suppliers- Contracts suppliers for a price quotation, collect indent/PI of different materials as per requisition raised by PPIC, prepares a comparative statement and purchase order based upon approved budget, sample, quantity and price in liaison with Department Head- Keep liaison and ensure required materials/equipment are supplied within the specified time period.- Communicating with receiving store (Tejgaon) and get informed about the latest receive and dispatch status of packaging materials and report to the department head- Collect bills and receiving against supplied materials & arrange payment to the suppliers/vendors after the purchase procedure.

I had been working at the Supply chain department in Bashundhara Group of companies and gathered sufficient knowledge and experience in the field of supply chain management while my area of proficiency is as follows:1. Forecast, Replenish and Monitor Safety Stock regularly.2. Preparing all the shipping docs for Import (LC/CAD, PI, CI, PO, Pre- Alert and other relevant documents & marine cover note).3. Prepare and maintain all C&F and local supplier’s bill properly.

Maintain good liaison with Bank Regulatory Authorities.
