Directed daily operations, including administering a $1M budget to cover overhead, payroll, and maintenance expenses. Partnered with DHS Licensing, Oregon Youth Authority, Portland Public Schools, employers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure program alignment with rehabilitative goals, as well as compliance with court ordered treatment and governmental licensing requirements. Coordinated resources for clients, including education, job skills, and rehabilitative therapy with a focus on independent living and recidivism prevention.Vetted, recruited, trained, and supervised a cross-functional team of 30 house staff, therapists, case managers, and volunteers.Stewarded the progression of clients through the program, including admissions and intake, independent living curriculum, crisis management, and community engagement.Benchmarked and developed quality assurance indicators to evaluate program performance, as well as supported audits and investigations mediated through DHS.Focused on individual needs of clients, leading clinical meetings, developing educational goals, achieving stable employment, and providing cultural enrichment activities, recreational opportunities, and healthy/prosocial community connections.Achieved an 80% program completion rate, with hundreds of youths successfully reentering normal life.
