On the ErhaNorth Phase II project for ExxonMobil, I was entrusted with designing pipeline end termination (PLET) structures, used when a pipeline terminates or needs to be "jumped" to another site on the ocean floor. Additionally, the design has to take into account the difficulties of mounting such a massive structure in choppy seastates and in severe offshore operational environments in excess of 1500 m of water depth.Other Categorical Structural Engineering designs I was involved with include: - Riser/Spool Lifting analysis, sea fastening & transportation analysis for Erha North Phase 2 Project.- Pipeline Seafastening/Stanchion Design.- Installation aids design (Wet Buckle Head, Knee brace Clamp, Padeye & trunnion)- Interfacing with Project Engineers to ensure proper feedback is provided from the field and to guarantee all technical matters are properly managed as per procedures and specifications- Review of scope of work, specifications, construction drawings, Safety policy & Quality Plan.
