Responsible for the coordination and delivery of comprehensive staffing service, Filled key positions to advance the development of new tools to address issues surrounding designs at the top level. • Work with business unit Sr. Vice President and management team to identify core and priority recruitment needs and establishes recruitment strategies to fill vacant positions within defined time frames• Work with hiring manager to close candidates and utilizes a variety of internal and market tools to determine compensation package for candidates• Partnered with hiring mangers, HR managers and Finance Staff to generate offer approvals• Act as resource for business unit staff on all hiring related issues.
