Created content for various brands across different channels, ensuring that the content I created was always relevant, on brand and that it added value to the business. I started out as generalist writer, touching all areas of the business, but after 3 years, I specialized on CRM Content, focusing on CRM communications and product related content for Casino and Live Casino. Some of my daily tasks included:- Creating and maintaining quality content across different platforms. This included CRM Emails, Landing Pages, Banners, SMS, Push Notifications, onsite promotions, blog posts and game descriptions- Developing and maintaining a consistent tone of voice that is on-brand across all the different markets- Editing other content writers' work to ensure quality and branding- Conceptualising and maintaining content for different kinds of advertising campaigns - Planning, creating and posting online facing content- Working closely with product design and developers to create product related content- Brainstorming visual assets used in different channels, spanning from recruitment to brand awareness initiatives- Coordinating localisation projects for campaigns of different sizes, from small ads to large 360 campaigns- Creating promotions and ads for all our verticals and target these towards different customer segments including those geared to generate brand awareness, first time deposits and active players- Aligning content with the overall content and SEO strategies as well as to market trends and regulations.

Active contributor and key coordinator of documentation works for selected GFI products. Duties include end-to end maintenance of product documentation, authoring of whitepapers, blogs and departmental process polices, creation of product demonstration videos, as well as managing localization and validation processes.
