As an executive leader, I get s#!& done! In a few words, I am a connector, a team builder, and an entrepreneur. When faced with opportunity I skew towards action. I focus on areas where my experience and knowledge will add value - a recent example of this is building a developer relations team that understands and knows how to talk to the rest of the business.
