Providing service management for these teams, guiding with ITIL principles. Overseeing the risk of vulnerabilities, collaborating with SSE as a third party to ensure the currency of our assets and the engagement of our application teams. Served as the Temporary Manager for the eCommerce areas Small Change Implementation Team. - In validating and enhancing the process to the extent that it was subsequently adopted by the IT department across all teams, providing an efficient avenue for the rapid implementation of small changes within the business.

Upon relocating to the South of England to pursue career growth, I continued my tenure in the eCommerce team, actively supporting the company's internal and external websites. Recognised for my eagerness to shoulder more responsibilities, I was promoted to the role of team deputy within the same team.

Transitioning from my interest in web applications, I joined the eCommerce team where I focused on the development and support of the company's retail websites. Additionally, I contributed to various internal projects, including the phone book and intranet. The primary tools utilised in these endeavours were C# and SQL Server, complemented by the content management tool Ektron.

I began my journey in this team by developing and supporting Microsoft Access databases and Visual Basic applications. Subsequently, I transitioned to working with SQL Server and eventually focused on the development and support of Lotus Notes client applications, along with web-based applications.
