He serves as a Comanced technical expert for civil engineer force management and as the commands representative on the Air Force Civil Engineer Chief Master Sergeant's Counsel and various Air Force level enlisted training, morale and career forums.

The principal advisor to the 49th Mission Support Group Commander on all enlisted matters including the morale, welfare, training, safety, effective utilization, progression and development of 2,100 military and civilian side throughout six squadrons supporting 17,000 Holloman Air Force Base 17,000 personnel. He assisted and implementing the operational priorities and strategic vision of the group commander while aiding in the professional development and training of the enlisted force. He mentored counseled Airmen, Junior and Senior Noncommissioned Officers and Company Grade Officers on a variety of personnel issues, and evaluates the quality of the enlisted force to include leadership, retention, mentorship, management, and supervisory training.

Lead 496 military and civilian personnel and 13 distinct specialties to include Readiness Emergency Management, Fire Protection, Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Airmen Dormitory Leadership. He is the primary advisor to Squadron Commander on all morale, health and welfare issues. His responsibilities include oversight of daily operations, enlisted performance reports, recognition awards, decorations, and management of the unit personnel management roster and the unit manpower documents.
