    Eastlake Yoga offer daily classes in the traditions of TKV Krishnamacharya and Yoga Bhajan. The studio is intentionally small and quite beautiful, looking out into trees and then an elementary school playground. The size encourages the personal nature of the instruction given by teachers with life times of practice, study and training.

    This is a free 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program and is certified by Yoga Alliance. Currently there are are five active students, several near graduation. Most of the instruction is one on one or is with a group of two or three students and is consequently, close to the ideal. This is particularly important because, although some students are volunteers at the Cafe, most of the students are in the ongoing process of recovery and so issues arise that are suprising, unique, and personal.
