 Training NOC internal employees and Support Engineers on proper usage and troubleshooting with Network monitoring tools. Data Entries on network monitoring software applications (CACTI and PRTG) and updates on all web applications. Login to Radios remotely and ensure SNMP protocol is enabled for track of user information.  Data Analysis Create, update and track policies and procedures. Create user monitoring tools for corporate technical engineers and support engineer.  Ensure accuracy and security of information in the database. Configuration of network devices (Mikrotik Routers, cisco, sonic wall and cyberoam UTM device) etc.

 Serve as the frontline manager on projects, discuss technical and nontechnical aspects of project with managers, external constituents, and others.  Work with managed services to resolve technical related issues. Manage a team of senior engineers to ensure efficiency and completion of projects. Managing multiple aspects of a project at the same time, developing strong relationships with clients, and serving as an intermediary between the company's sales and technical teams. Works closely with the research and development team of the company, and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely fashion in accordance with project requirements. Oversee implementation and development of projects and ensure customer satisfaction. Forecast and prepare reports on financial aspects of future projects. Develop, and deploy the Service Offering, supporting both customers and partner delivery of these services. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote professional services to customer and prospective clients. Provide assistance to sales team in selling professional services to clients. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to enterprise sales team with the support of my HOD.
