About John Able
I have spent my career learning how to deal with people. I have a unique skill set developed over 25years of helping people during critical moments in their lives. I have been in a safety role for 10 years, and have been able to develop programs, manage the safety of employee in the field, and to apply my career as a paramedic to help the employee when they are injured or sick on the job. I function as a case manager for my company dealing with doctors and employees in the event of an injury. I have a well-rounded background with helping both employees and management during the times of critical events as well as those less critical. As an instructor I have developed myself to speak easy in front of front-line employees as well as those in upper management roles.Dealing with people is my skill set, and I have become very good at it.

I am the safety manager for an awesome company. Our division covers 7 states from Montana to South Texas. I am responsible for monitoring illness/injuries as well develope plans and procedures to help our folks work safe and return home in the same condition they came to work. After 20+ years as a fire and flight medic, I thrive on trying to prevent the injuries in the oil and gas industry that I spent years treating as a medic.
