I am currently on a short hiatus after ending a 29+ year career as a Law Vice President at NCR Corp. In that role, I spent most of my work time supporting commercial technology transactions with both customers and vendors. I have a particular interest in software-related legal issues. I've worked with open source software licensing for over twenty years, and have played a significant role in the development of a model for open hardware licensing.I played a key role in both data security planning and incident response, dealing with PCI as well as general privacy matters in global transactions. I recently became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) with certifications for the United States and Europe.In March 2017 I relocated back to the Dayton, Ohio area.Specialities: Technology hardware, software and service transactions.
