Portfolio Manager within the Industrials vertical of Corporate and Investment Banking (“CIB”) covering large global corporations with revenues in excess of $10B per annum. Responsibilities include the structuring and underwriting of secured and unsecured revolving credit facilities, term loans, M&A financing and operating lines of credit. Served as the liaison between senior relationship managers and credit officers to balance the needs of our clients with those of credit. Acted as the subject matter expert for both the clients and the industries covered.

Senior banker with Strategic Auto Investments (“SAI”) which invests in privately placed asset backed securities backed by auto related assets. Responsibilities included the sourcing of transactions, evaluation of bond structures, credit and market risks of potential investments and the drafting of credit approval packages. Instrumental in the growth of SAI’s investment portfolio from a primarily US loan and lease portfolio to a global investment portfolio with investments in multiple auto related asset classes (rental car, fleet leasing and floorplan receivables) and jurisdictions across Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland & France). Worked extensively with clients to develop structures best suited for their funding needs and collaborated across various coverage teams within Wells Fargo to set client strategies that enhanced the overall relationship.
