After extensive analysis, I will apply the proper people, technology and business workflow improvements to help my clients reach their short and long term goals.The Sales and Operations Program for Ricoh Global Services is committed to operational & administrative excellence for the Global-National Customer.My primary goal as the Global Account Manager:Account Management: From the devlopment and contracting of new business to the consistent execution of the contractual agreement across my client’s enterprise. I am accountable for managing adherence to KPIs and SLAs to ensure overall client satisfaction.As the RICOH ‘quarterback’ I am responsible for the ‘strategic game plan’ and management of my team members activities to ultimately drive my client's success: -Thorough understanding of my client's financial condition, Senior Leadership goals and role Ricoh can play in achieving those goals-Exceeding my $14M+ annual budget-Managing the Strategic Account Plan, co-developed with my clients-Provide ROI tracking and adherence on all client projects-Engaging the proper Ricoh resources (Vertical Market Analysts, Strategic Account Executives, Print Production Specialists, Business Process Analysts, Managed Services Experts, Technical and Operation Design Teams and my Operational Team)
