Responsibilities:-* Management and staffing of the survey section and training of the surveyors for the smooth running of the mine surveying.* Preparation of annual survey budget and auditing of the current infrastructure of the survey department and procurement equipment and other logistics for the department* Open pit development and management. Volume calculations of material movement.*Supervision of Geo-Spatial Mapping of infrastructure on the concession eg. farming activities and speculative settlement, and production of base maps for compensation.

* Open pit development and management of the active mining pits. Volume calculations of material movement.*Supervision of Geo-Spatial Mapping of infrastructure on the concession eg. farming activities and speculative settlement, and production of base maps for compensation.* Geodetic Ground Controls, for aerial magnetic surveys for exploration and feasibility studies on possible expansion as well as the management of Mining Lease Boundary.*Slope Stability Monitoring with Regal Scanner and Leica Motorized Instrument and data analysis for possible slope deformation and subsequent warning of personnel ahead of time of their safety.* Fragmentation analysis of blasted mock using splitdesk top* Development of young graduate surveyors under internship.PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Manages new project on the mine, by making sure it is within the budgeted cost

Manager:- survey section of the Obenemase Gold Mine. Managed the setting up and the development of the mine infrastructure. The construction of the Gold Plant,Tails Storage Facility and the development of the open pit mining.
