Managed 2 tilt wall ground up projects. The first was a 16,000 SF building expansion to the BakerRipley Pasadena Campus. Project included tilt wall construction, self performed steel and tilt wall erection, complete interior buildout of building expansion, HVAC system replacement in existing building, and complete renovation of existing building kitchen.Lead Project Manager for preconstruction and construction of 150,000 SF office and warehouse for Bluebonnet Nutrition new building. Project included tilt wall construction, interior office buildout, and laboratory buildout for pharmaceutical operations of Bluebonnet Nutrition.

Managed the lobby renovations of the Five Oaks BHP Biliton Headquarters Tower. Scope of work included constructing a stop for all elevator cabs on the 2nd floor to ease pedestrian traffic between two buildings occupied by BHP. Project required relocation of HVAC, Fire, and Electrical Systems as well installation of structural steel and reinstallation of all interior finishes. Managed the installation of a new security system to secure the Five Oaks Tower. Scope of work included installation of card readers, position sensors, PTZ cameras, intercoms, AVIs, and Destination Dispatch Elevator software. Managed additional Property Management Scope at the Five Oaks Tower including HVAC, Electrical, ADA, Exterior Glass, Garage Door, Painting, and Flooring improvements as requested by the client. Managed the construction of two 7 story Feature Walls at the entrances to the Whitney Bank San Felipe Building. Walls included self-performed steel, Ornamental Tile, Perforated Panels, and ACM Panels. Worked with Harvey team on Preconstruction, Budgeting, Value Engineering, Contracts, andConstruction Execution of the Tradition Senior Living High Rise on Woodway. This project is a 23-story Senior Living Facility. Completed September of 2020. Main responsibilities included MEP coordination and interior buildout of Senior Living Facility. Assisted in Preconstruction of McNair Plaza Project. Led all Budgeting, Value Engineering, andSubcontractor evaluation for 55 Story Living Tower.Completed OSHA 510 course, OSHA scaffolding competent person training, OSHA silica competent person training, Personality Training, First Aid CPR Training, and Time Management Training.
