Directed the development and implementation of DOE's PPPO-QSNDA program at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP). This program leverages the successful aspects of the DOECAP-assessed/accepted NDA program (under the United States Enrichment Corporation) and incorporates the quality-improvements necessitated by the results of DNFSB 2007-1.Assisted in the development and implementation of NQA-1 compliant Design, Modification and Configuration-Control Programs at the PGDP for the FPDP. This program leverages the successful aspects of the (DOE-compliant) design program used by USEC, including the efficiencies realized by closely mimicking the nuclear processes while applying the graded approach for non-nuclear modifications. This standardized approach precludes the inefficient, risky re-creation of processes for each project at the whims of each new project manager.
