During this role, I executed the following activitiesProjects: Al Munthazah Expressway Projects (Package 12), Qatar Economic Zone (QEZ-3)I was in charge of identifying and mitigating possible hazards via project environmental risk assessment and analysis. I assisted in the planning and execution of internal and external environmental audits to clarify the exact status of the organization's operations in terms of environmental legislation, while also making recommendations for corrective actions and ensuring implementation in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements. I was in charge of emergency response for environmental emergencies such as spills. Intervened to stop work where appropriate HSE standards are not met. Ensured process changes are managed through a Management of Change (MOC) procedure and actively engaged respective departments to implement and apply the MOC system. Participated in any incident investigations, site audits or safety committees with follow up and close out of recommendations.
