First point of contact for people and professionals who attended the office for meetings with social work staff. Had to ensure a non-judgemental, supportive attitude as well as patient. A very busy working environment answering phones, dealing with post and paperwork and appointments for four different teams. Respond to tasks which demanded your immediate.

Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen

Working as an assistant to the Strategy team within Infrastructure Services. This included maintaining some of the cycling websites, writing press releases, writing minutes at public forums and writing a social media strategy for Huntly bike Week which is now an anticipated event in the town.
